If you’ve tried all of the fixes above and you still can’t get your camera to work, you can try replacing it.
I personally use the Eufy S210, which I picked up from Amazon.
Note: Only pick up a new camera if you’re convinced the one you currently have has too many issues. There’s no point in picking up a new camera if the problem with your current camera can easily be fixed.
My Final Thoughts
In conclusion, doing these steps should fix the issue of your Eufy Floodlight Camera. However, if none of these steps solve the issue of your camera being offline you could contact the Eufy support team and report the issue.
Another thing to consider is that the camera might be faulty and that is why your device is offline. If you notice that you have a faulty device, if you have a warranty on the camera check to see if you can get it replaced.
If your device is older you can hire someone to fix the camera but keep in mind the cost difference of hiring a professional and just getting a new Eufy Floodlight Camera.
